1. Try before you pay
New accounts can start with a free trial of 7 days on the Go Getter plan. No card is needed and nothing is charged for it.
The free trial is there so you can see that watu is right for your business before you pay. Please use it.
2. No refunds
Plan fees are not refundable. This covers every plan, every term and every Add-on, once the payment has been made.
The same applies to:
- Paid customisation or custom work that you asked for. It is quoted separately.
- Message charges. WhatsApp message charges are paid by you directly to Meta and are governed by Meta's terms. The same applies to any other operator's charges for messages already sent.
- Message credits and AI credits that you have bought.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your plan and Add-ons stay active until the end of the term you have paid for and do not renew. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends; you can export your data or come back later.
4. How to cancel
Write to info@watu.in from the email address registered on your account, with your business name and the reason, so we can improve.
5. Moving to a bigger plan
You can move up at any time. The unused days of the plan you are leaving are taken off the new bill.
6. Anything else
