Every client who signs up and pays in a month goes through a cooling period for the whole of the next month. Their eligible earnings reach your bank by the 15th of the month after: 45 days after the sign-up month closes. You can see the eligible amount in your own partner account the whole time.T&C apply

Your client signs up and pays
Any day of the month. A client who pays on 20 October is an October sign-up, like one who pays on the 1st.

A full month of cooling
All October sign-ups go through a cooling period from 1 to 30 November. The client uses watu; a payment reversal in this time removes the earning.

Your own partner account shows the eligible amount, client by client, the whole way through.

Paid by the 15th
On 15 December, the eligible earnings of all October sign-ups are paid to the partner who brought them, after TDS, GST and any other tax the law requires.

Read the full partner termsThis is about money, so nothing is left vague. These are the points that matter most. The partner terms apply to every earning and every payout on this page.
Approval comes first
Every application is reviewed. We may accept or decline, and we agree your terms with you in writing before you start.
Earnings follow real payments
You earn only on money watu has actually received from a client, after GST and payment reversals.
New clients only
A business that is already a watu customer, or already in talks with us or another partner, cannot be claimed. Your own accounts, and accounts you control, do not earn you commission.
Tax and the law apply
Every payout follows the rules, regulations and tax compliance that apply at the time, such as TDS and GST. We may need your PAN, GSTIN or a tax invoice first.
Sell honestly
No spam, no false promises about results or Meta approval, and no adverts that pretend to be watu.
Either side can stop
You or we may end the partnership with notice. Fraud or misuse ends it at once and cancels unpaid earnings.
No. There is no joining fee, no deposit and nothing to stock. Agencies who want to resell under their own brand buy plans in bulk; that is a separate arrangement, on approval.
No. We set up the WhatsApp Business account with each client, free, and onboard them 1:1. You bring the relationship.
It depends on the path. Agencies keep the gap between their selling price and their partner cost. Agents and affiliates earn a share of what their clients pay. The exact terms are agreed with you in writing before you start. T&C apply.
Clients who sign up and pay in a month go through a cooling period for the whole of the next month. Their eligible earnings are paid by the 15th of the month after that. So all October sign-ups, whether they paid on the 1st or the 20th, cool from 1 to 30 November and are paid on 15 December. That is 45 days after the sign-up month closes. The eligible amount is visible in your own partner account all the way through. Payouts follow the tax rules that apply, such as TDS and GST.
White labelling is for larger agencies that buy in bulk and resell. It is given on approval only. Most partners sell under the watu name, which needs no approval beyond joining.
Agencies and agents get their own working watu account. It stays active while you keep bringing new paying clients, at a monthly number agreed when you join.
No. Nobody pays to join and nobody earns for recruiting. Every rupee you earn comes from a real business paying for a watu plan it uses.
Plan fees are not refundable, so your earning on a payment stays. If a payment is reversed by the bank, the earning on that payment is removed.
